We are so confident in the strength of our 100% Solid 304 Stainless Steel and Fully Welded Links that we offer a Lifetime Warranty on all our metal chains. If our hardware fails you, we will replace it. No excuses.
2. WHAT IS COVERED (LIFETIME WARRANTY)
Our Lifetime Warranty covers structural and manufacturing defects for the lifespan of the product. We guarantee that your gear will function perfectly under normal professional handling. This includes:

Link Breakage: If a welded link snaps, cracks, or separates under tension.

Rust & Corrosion: If your 304 stainless steel chain rusts, pits, or corrodes (even in saltwater).

Hardware Failure: If the O-rings, clasps, or buckles suffer structural failure or malfunction.
3. WHAT IS NOT COVERED
We build gear for war, but even tanks get scratched. The warranty does not cover:

"Battle Scars" (Cosmetic Wear): Scratches, scuffs, and normal wear-and-tear from daily use are badges of honor, not defects. They do not affect the strength or function of the chain.

Leather Components (1-Year Limited Warranty): Our leather handles are made from premium hide. While durable, leather is a natural material. We cover craftsmanship defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. This does not cover chewing or natural aging.

Lost or Stolen Items: We cannot replace gear that goes missing.

Intentional Abuse: Damage caused by industrial tools, modification, or non-canine use (e.g., towing vehicles).
4. 30-DAY SIZING EXCHANGE
Ordered the wrong size? No problem. We understand that finding the perfect fit for a slip collar is critical.

The Window: You may exchange your collar for a different size within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: The item must be in NEW, UNUSED condition (no scratches, mud, or dog hair) to be eligible.

Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. ForgeHound will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item to you.
